Have y'all been keeping up with How I Met Your Mother? I don't know about you, but I'm so increadibly ready for Stella to be off the show it's not even funny. I'm seriously considering planning a trip to New York so I can stake out McLarens, follow Ted to New Jersey and personally hire the Soprano family to take care of biznass.
If you need to do some catching up, check out CBS' HIMYM video page.
I'm starting to get wrapped up in the Lost-esque obsessing over each episode, piecing together all the flash-forwards and hints to look for clues as to what the future holds. We're obviously still waiting to hear about the goat and about Robin moving in with Ted. And now we know that in a year, somebody still lives in the apartment upstairs.
The TV addict has a great post with screengrabs from the last scene in the last episode that you should check out. I don't think the first one means anything -- the ring is on the wrong hand. The second one is a possibility, but I'm thinking a stretch at best. It doesn't show her taking a drink, but she makes a comment about the taste. The third one at least tells us Ted's not married at the time, which is good news I think. Doesn't mean he hasn't met the mother though. Fourth one, well, I'm starting to latch on to the idea of Barney and Robin together. I sure as heck didn't like it at first, but like taste for beer, it grows on you.
I haven't absolutely loved this season. I think it's taking way too long to move the Stella plot along. The burger episode was great though and much more in line with old-school HIMYM (old school? are we there yet?)

I agree. I'm so over this Stella-thing. They need to put it to rest and move on, get back to the feel of the rest of the episodes.
I, personally, love the idea of Barney and Robin together! They can get a lot of good episodes from that story-line.
This is one of my three "don't miss" shows this year.
omg thanks for the links!! i totally forwarded them on to some of my friends and sister. and burger episode was my favorite one these season!
Yeah, I LOVE Sarah Chalke, but I'm not liking this story line. I do like the Robin/Barney thing though.
