I am absolutely exhausted. I think it all goes back to this ridiculous work schedule I've had lately and the fact that I've lost two days off by being called into work. As a result, I spend all of what would be my down time trying to get chores done, and it's catching up with me big time right now.
I did take a few minutes to sit down and read a (very out-of-date) issue of Health magazine, which had this article about how to boost your energy and your mood when you're out of steam. It hit home so much that I immediately ripped it out and tried a few things like meditating and closing my computer for a couple hours. I swear it made a difference yesterday. Today I think I'm just beyond help.

Hope you have a better day tomorrow. They are opening a yoga studio downtown, and I can't wait. I am not usually a yoga type person, but I think I need some sort of head clearing activity. In fact, perhaps I will write a post about the new place over at the wigshop...
I'm taking this class where they talked about taking "brain breaks" every 30 minutes like getting up and walking around for a minute. I laughed, but I tried it this afternoon and it totally worked.
I really need to start doing stuff like this. Badly.
