So I did make a decision on the glasses. After trying on nearly every pair in Lens Crafters, I settled on a pair of red frames.
The frames are practically the same shape as my tortoise shell frames, so I guess it's not to much of a transition. But, you know RED. Because the prescriptions on the two pairs are very similar, I'm going to be alternating between the two pairs as it strikes my fancy.
There were a few frames I liked better, like the two-toned black and turquoise frames and a pair of light green Tiffany and Co. frames, but most of those frames looked horrible on me and the Tiffany frames ... let's just say my company stipend wouldn't have even covered half the price of the frames let alone the lenses.

Great selection, I love the color!!
Love them! I don't have the courage to pull them off but I bet they look fantastic on you. Can't wait to see pictures!
These are almost the EXACT same glasses my cousin just got and the ones I'm getting next week. Amazing! No need to tell you how much I love them!
Congrats! You're going to love them, I'm sure of it!
OMG I covet those and I don't need to wear galsses.
Yummy lady!
Those are fantastic! Love them!
Those def. look like you. Good choice.
They are adorable! And at least your company pay some sort of stipend toward glasses. I've always been on my own in the vision department.
I've been thinking about getting burgundy ones!
Very chic. I just bought a pair of heels that would match them perfectly.
