Sorry for the late posting again. I've been away from my computer for most of the day and will be leaving it again soon, so I'm going to let Real Simple do my blogging for me today.
Gretchen Rubin, who writes a blog for Real Simple called "Simply Stated" posted a list of 14 quick energy boosters. I'm always looking for natural kicks of energy that don't come from my coffee cup, and I think her list is pretty dang good. My favorite items: go for a walk, listen to an upbeat song, cross something off your to-do list and clean up!
