Health magazine recently had some fantastic tips on how to make your own spa day at home (unfortunately they didn't post the article online and my copy is in a different time zone).
The two tips I've integrated into my daily routine:
1. Keep a plastic waterbottle in the freezer. Take it out at the end of the day and roll your feet over it while watching TV/catching up on e-mail. It helps reduce the swelling of being on your feet all day.
2. Take a partially empty jar of honey, turn it over and watch the air bubbles slowly rise. It's like watching your old Lava Lamp, and I could do it for hours.
