As I mentioned in my 2007 books list posting, my movie-watching habit suffered a bit this year because of how many books I read. Which is to say I saw one movie at the theater and watched one-half of two movies from the ol' Netflix subscription that have been sitting on my shelf since ... January. In my defense, during the time those DVDs have been sitting there I've also moved into a new house and spent half my waking hours traveling for work.
So, here's my short, sweet and to-the-point ranking of the best movies I saw in 2007. Enjoy.
1. Hairspray
Candidates for the list if I ever finish watching them.
1. Thank You For Smoking
2. Over the Hedge
I'll try to do better next year.

MG - did you see Juno yet? It's a must, and it's from the Thank You For Smoking crew.
Not yet, but it's No. 1 on my to-see list, which I shall be tackling as soon as I'm done with my travels.
