I'm dead effing serious here but for the longest time i always felt tired but yoga has entirely boosted my spirits, made me feel less tired and more energized. It helps to clear the mind clutter for a few minutes a day every so often. Try it. it might help (i totally started doing yoga during wedding planning - it eased the blow of all the stress that came along with the time frame)

and yay for the one year mark!! :) :)Heidihttp://legallyheidi.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6482086120454663232.post-54917477487458910612010-06-19T03:12:08.723-05:002010-06-19T03:12:08.723-05:00With regards the sleep thing, i think its less abo...With regards the sleep thing, i think its less about being in bed for 7-8 hours a night and more about knowing how much sleep you need to not be shattered. Unfortunately that doesn't work until you are properly rested and you can work it out.

You definitely need a relaxing holiday!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6482086120454663232.post-77378308289574919832010-06-18T14:05:55.963-05:002010-06-18T14:05:55.963-05:00When you mentioned the bag of garbage exploding on...When you mentioned the bag of garbage exploding on you, at first I thought you meant a metaphorical bag of garbage. Except it was apparently literal. Eek.

It sounds like a two-week vacation is exactly what you need, my dear. Sit on that (hopefully clean) beach with a mindless book and a keep-'em-coming margarita supply. Enjoy your time with the MLM. Don't do a damn thing you don't want to do. Resting isn't just about sleep; it's about giving yourself a break during waking hours, too. Have fun, and I hope you feel rested soon.courtneyhttp://malfeasanceblog.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.com
